It’s time for a change! Amber Portwood took to Twitter with a powerful message directed at Internet trolls on Nov. 6, explaining how hateful comments can have a lasting impact on people’s lives. The Teen Mom OG star called out the keyboard warriors for trying to bring her down when she’s only trying to help others. Click through the gallery for all the details!

“You guys are the reason people commit suicide,” the 28-year-old tweeted. “Words hurt and I’m such a sweet person and those parts are never really shown.”

Amber said she’s just trying to spread positivity, adding: “I’ve only wanted to help children and teenagers not go through what I did including my daughter.”

The MTV star’s clap back came one day after an emotional episode of the hit show aired, where she supported ex-fiancé Gary Shirley’s wife, Kristina Anderson, after her miscarriage.

The reality star said she refuses to have her name smeared. “I hope everyone is resting easy with the money they’ve made off of heartache and pain that I’ve endured,” she concluded.

“I’m so sorry you had to go through that,” she said while comforting Kristina amidst her heartbreak. Amber later opened up about suffering a miscarriage with her ex Matt Baier.

On Nov. 5, Amber took to social media to vent her frustrations. “I can’t do this anymore,” she posted. “I have to quit this show.”

“The heartache this show has put me through is too much to bear anymore. If I will not be shown then there’s nothing more to do,” Amber added.
