Is Amber Portwood Quitting Teen Mom? See Her Twitter Rant

Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood is clearly having a rough day. She took to Twitter on Nov. 5 to complain about the way she has been made to look on the hit MTV show. Now, she’s insisting that she “has to quit” once and for all.

“I can’t do this anymore, I have to quit this show,” Amber wrote on Twitter. It didn’t take long for fans to push her for more information. One said, “You always sound so angry. Imagine if you only responded to positivity,” to which Amber replied, “I’m always positive.” Others thought maybe leaving would be a good idea. “Honestly you and several other moms have outgrown this show,” said one follower. “Look at your life now, you have so much more to give to this world. I’m super proud of you & how you’ve changed so much. We’re here for you, whatever your decision is.”

Amber seemed to double down that she no longer wants to appear on our TVs every week. “The heartache this show has put me through is too much to bear anymore,” she said. “If I will not be shown then there’s nothing more to do. My name will not get smeared anymore. I hope everyone is resting easy with the money they’ve made off of heartache and pain that I’ve endured.” Poor thing!

Others encouraged her to stay, like this fan who wrote, “Money is too easy and they pay too much. U can only do so many ‘reality star boot camps’ after Teen Mom ends. Get that money while someone still wants to pay u it!” Amber doesn’t seem to care about the money anymore. She says she has other dreams to follow. “No there are other things that I will do and it will be to help people, like I’ve always only wanted to do!” We wish Amber the best while she struggles with this difficult decision.
