90 Day Fiance’s Steven Frend Reveals He Was in a Car Accident, Shows Damage From ‘T-Bone’ Collision
90 Day Fiancé alum Steven Frend revealed he was in a scary car accident and sustained a bloody hand injury as a result of the “T-Bone” collision. The TV personality shared the news via Instagram Stories on the evening of Wednesday, August 19, and showed the severe damage done to his vehicle from the incident.
Frend, 22, posted graphic photos of his wound and revealed he will be needing stitches because his side-view mirror flew in the car and hit his hand. The TLC alum gave a glimpse at broken glass scattered throughout his car.
“So destroyed,” he said while giving his social media followers a closer look at the front bumper, which had fallen off due to the impact. Fans are keeping the reality star in their thoughts as he heals from the terrifying ordeal.
Frend last posted a photo on his Instagram grid with son Aleksandr “Alex” Frend (a.k.a. Richie) shared with wife Olga Koshimbetova in November 2019. His followers loved to see the sweet moment shared between them after the couple announced they got married and were officially “husband and wife” in August.
The dynamic duo appeared on season 6 of the reality TV franchise, having first met when she was vacationing in the U.S. for the summer back in 2017. They documented their highs and lows as a couple before they welcomed their first child together and navigated the K-1 visa process. In April 2019, the Russia native’s visa was approved and she relocated to the United States with their baby boy.
“Showing Olga around Downtown Annapolis,” the doting dad shared in an update after her arrival to Maryland. “Ever since my family has arrived I have never felt more alive,” he captioned a photo with Alex. “All of these [mixed] motions, constant change with learning to be a father as well as a supportive partner.”
While celebrating their anniversary in 2019, he gushed over how far they have come. “Today marks two years together. Has it been perfect? No. But in reality all relationships do have their ups and downs, but staying together is what makes the relationship so very strong,” Frend wrote. “I appreciate you Olga so much for staying patient with me while I found my way. I was so lost without you here with me and now that I have you I never want to let you go.”
