No shame in her game! 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days alum Stephanie Matto opened up about her recent plastic surgery experience where she got liposuction to remove a “pocket of fat” underneath her chin.

“I would see it if I ever had a side profile photo of myself, I would see it on television. If I watched myself on Before the 90 Days, I would just only see that,” Stephanie, 29, said in her video titled “WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FACE!?? | Surgery Confession” on YouTube. “I don’t know, it bothered me when I photographed myself. As you guys know, my job is literally my appearance to some degree on the internet because I do do OnlyFans. So, I want to feel my best and this was something that bothered me for a long time throughout the years.”

The Queens, New York native explained her weight has fluctuated up and down over the years. Even at her lowest weight, she still could not lose the fat under her chin. Stephanie, who goes by Stepanka online, looked into other procedures like CoolSculpting, but because of the size of the area, it would not have helped her achieve the results she wanted. That’s when she settled on liposuction.

Before fans could question her about her decision to undergo lipo when she suffers from aplastic anemia, Stephanie explained she had blood work done prior to her surgery so make sure she would be safe to undergo the procedure. “I know I suffer from a relatively severe hematological condition which is now under control. Recently, like about three months ago, I learned that I am actually, finally, after so many years, in pretty much full remission. I’m not cured, I still have it but all of my numbers, my counts are stable. They’re holding at a safe level, and especially my platelets, which is like, a huge one because platelets are what help you clot,” she added. “Right now, my platelets are a low, normal level which means they’re not like, amazing but they’re like, in a safe range. They’re good. I’m safe.”

She said she got approval from her doctors before undergoing plastic surgery, and the only side effects she’s seen at three days post-operation was slight bruising around her neck.

Stephanie also explained why she decided to share her plastic surgery journey with fans. “I am not shy about work I’ve had done, I am not shy about procedures. I think that getting work done is really controversial because I preach self-love, so many people online preach self-love but then you see all this contradicting stuff online where people just post like perfect, flawless photos of themselves. I do that sometimes, too,” Stephanie said. “But I try to keep it real.”
