Ab-Tastic! ’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Nicole Nafziger Shows Off Weight Loss in New Fitness Photo
The body achieves what the mind believes! 90 Day Fiancé alum Nicole Nafziger shared a new photo showing off her weight loss progress on Wednesday, November 21, showing her clad in a chic crop top and workout pants. While taking to Instagram with an update about her fitness journey, the former TLC star proudly revealed that her ultimate goal at the moment is to be “healthy and comfortable” in her own skin.
The 26-year-old said she has struggled to “stay consistent with health kicks in the past,” but she’s now found a good system that works for her. Over the past several months, Nicole has shared new photos documenting the milestones she reaches. Back in October 2018, the TV personality confirmed that she lost 10 pounds by making changes to her lifestyle.
Around that time, Nicole spoke with In Touch exclusively about how she was staying motivated. “I fill my Instagram with fitness accounts like @fatgirlfedup and @myadventuretofit to help,” the Florida native revealed. She also gave her long-distance love, Azan Tefou (a.k.a. Hassan M’Raouni), credit for helping her to remain positive.
“My fiancé Azan is a great motivator, always letting me know he supports me in my journey and keeps the encouraging words coming,” the reality star exclusively revealed to In Touch. Nicole previously said that she has been walking more as well as preparing her own nutritious meals at home.
“Overall, I want to be healthy and live a better lifestyle for me and my daughter May,” she explained. “I want her to grow up with this healthy lifestyle and learn good things from me and Azan. If over this journey I can help motivate and inspire others to jumpstart their fitness journey, then I guess I’m doing something right with this platform I have.”
In addition to sharing her new weight loss photo, Nicole also opened up about how difficult it is to be away from her partner while posting on Instagram Stories.
“I just want to be happy with the person that I love. Not many know what it’s like to be in a long-distance,” she wrote, referring to how Azan lives in Morocco while she resides in the United States. “For those who are in a LDR. Stay strong my friend.”
