Yikes, it looks like this divorce is about to get messy! Last week, it was revealed that 90 Day Fiancé star Molly Hopkins filed for divorce from her husband Luis Mendez after only six months of marriage — and now that the cat is out of the bag, Luis is revealing some more details about their nasty divorce, and he even seemingly hinted that there were incidents of domestic violence during his relationship with Molly.

The Dominican Republic native took to Instagram to share a now-deleted photo of the divorce docs, but according to Starcasm, Luis took offense to one of the stipulations. In the documents, it stated that Luis would have to return his cell phone to Molly (it seems like they both shared an AT&T plan) and the charging cables no more than 14 days after the divorce is finalized.

"When someone is so miserable in the heart, they ask you for a cell phone back," Luis wrote in the caption. "And that is not considering that she never share the profits of the reality show. How materialistic and low class can someone be?"

But then things took a very serious turn. "If you want to see all about domestic violence soon follow this page it's gonna post there," he continued, and then added the link to his Facebook page.

It's unclear whether Luis hinted that Molly had been violent towards him or if he had been violent towards her during their short marriage — but it would definitely make sense that Luis would want to air some of Molly's dirty laundry if he was upset about her asking for his phone. Either way, he's looking to spill the tea very soon.

This isn't the first time Luis complained about Molly's pay from the TLC series. He slammed the network on Instagram last month after he found out that he will not be paid for his participation in the series even though Molly received payment.
