One big happy family! Earlier this week, rumors started swirling after reports claimed that 90 Day Fiancé star Eric Rosenbrook was facing the possibility of losing time with his youngest daughter Jennica because Eric’s wife Leida Cohen was allegedly bullying her. But Eric clarified his custody situation in an exclusive statement to In Touch, and it now seems like all is well among the Rosenbrook-Cohen household. Just last weekend, Eric seemed to have a blast with Jennica, Leida, and Leida’s son Alessandro while sledding together! Watch the video above to see the cute clips, and don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube Channel.

Eric’s ex-wife Tania and his daughter Tasha went to the local police department on Dec. 6, to press charges against Eric and Leida because Tasha and Tania claimed that Eric and Leida were harassing them and defaming them online via their social media posts, according to the police report obtained by Radar. At some point during their visit, Tania asked officers about what she could do to protect her youngest daughter, Jennica.

“She stated there are no court documents on custody and that there is an arrangement with Eric as far as placement with the other child verbally,” the report claimed, according to Radar. “Tania said that her other child does not want to go stay with Eric anymore because Leida belittles the child and makes fun of her.”

The officer explained to Tania that since they don’t have a court order in place for custody, she could simply not allow Jennica to visit with Eric and Leida and then Eric would need to take Tania to court for visitation. But Eric clarified that Tania did not take any further measures to begin a custody battle with Eric at that time.

“All she says is that my youngest didn’t want to come over here anymore. The subject of a custody order came up, nothing further was stated about my ex’s intentions,” Eric, 40, claimed in a statement provided exclusively to In Touch. “The statement that she doesn’t want to come over was patently false. My youngest was absolutely eager to see us this last weekend and had a lot of fun over here.”
