He’s speaking out. All of the drama that is unfolding onscreen for 90 Day Fiancé star Eric Rosenbrook and his wife Leida Cohen seems to be spilling over into their real life. As In Touch previously reported, Eric’s ex-wife Tania asked for advice from local law enforcement about what steps she could take in order to protect their youngest daughter Jennica from alleged bullying from Leida. Now, in a statement exclusively obtained by In Touch, Eric is telling his side of the story, clarifying his ex’s statement and claiming that he is not at risk of losing custody of Jennica.

“All she says is that my youngest didn’t want to come over here anymore. The subject of a custody order came up, nothing further was stated about my ex’s intentions,” Eric, 40, claimed in a statement provided exclusively to In Touch. “The statement that she doesn’t want to come over was patently false. My youngest was absolutely eager to see us this last weekend and had a lot of fun over here.”

According to the police report obtained by Radar, Tania told officers “that her other child does not want to go stay with Eric anymore because Leida belittles the child and makes fun of her.” Last month, rumors about Leida’s alleged bullying of Jennica were circulating online. The rumors claimed that Leida had pointed out some of Jennica’s birthmarks and allegedly told Jennica that she should have them checked out to make sure they aren’t signs of skin cancer, which allegedly upset Jennica. Eric denied that Leida ever made those comments.

“What was claimed about Leida saying to Jennica, it was not true,” Eric told In Touch. “I have recorded in Jennica’s own words that she wasn’t aware of one of the things claimed, and the other wasn’t Leida who said it and it wasn’t said the way it was claimed.”
