That’s what friends are for! David Toborowsky poked fun at Paul Staehle for his arson record after reuniting at Fort Knockers Mess Hall. The 90 Day Fiancé star shared a hilarious photo of Paul seated by a fire truck with his hands behind his back and fans initially thought he was in big trouble! Watch the video above to see what he posted and don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube Channel.

“Look who I ran into at Fort Knockers. Great place to watch College Basketball,” David, 50, captioned the first set of photos with Paul, 35. The two were all smiles while catching up in the military-themed restaurant located in Louisville, KY. After David shared the photo of Paul appearing to be handcuffed outside, several fans started flooding the comment section. “Is that Paul?! What in the world?” one asked. “Paul in trouble again? Did he try to burn the place down?” another wrote. David made sure to clear the air and assured his worried followers that it was “a joke.”

“I love that you and Paul can laugh at yourselves. Please advise the other cast members,” a third fan chimed in and David responded with several heart emojis. As we previously reported, Paul allegedly committed second-degree arson and “Burning Personal Property To Defraud Insurer” in 2007. He was convicted seven years later in 2014, according to the Kentucky corrections website. Starcasm added, “The site says he is currently being supervised under shock probation. The site also indicates that his supervision is scheduled to end in April of 2020.”

Several fans were getting a kick out of David’s post and tagging Paul since he was being such a good sport about the ordeal. Interestingly, Paul trolled himself a few months ago for his arson record. The TLC star shared a text conversation between him and wife Karine Martins via Instagram on Sept. 26, talking about their recent incident with fire. “Paul. I’m going to eat here. The house almost caught fire and burned the food,” Karine wrote Paul, and he responded: “Arson is bad. Be careful with fire. I am at our place so it was not me.” Lesson learned!
