He’s breaking his silence! Earlier this week, 90 Day Fiancé star Colt Johnson was accused of cheating on his wife Larissa Dos Santos Lima after she exposed screenshots of his DM conversations where he was allegedly flirting with other women. Now, in a lengthy statement posted to Instagram on Sunday, Dec. 16, Colt is finally addressed the cheating allegations and he explained his side of the story.

“I have received a lot of direct messages, a lot of things said about what happened,” Colt, 33, wrote on Instagram in the caption of a clip of the apology former United States President Bill Clinton delivered in 1998 after his own cheating scandal. “I would like to say yes I am human and I have faults. I most definitely made mistakes but my relationship with Larissa is more than what you see on TV. We are like any couple in the world with its ups and downs. We also have the fortunate misfortune of also exposing our selves for millions of people to dissect, diagnose and discuss.”

Colt then went on to seemingly admit to Larissa’s allegations about him flirting with other women online.

“Yes, I have received massive amounts of attention from fans, especially women. These things mixed with a relationship that has its problems makes for a dangerous scenario,” Colt continued. “I crossed the line between fan and fandom. The reality sometimes is lost and this is something I have to handle in private. In the past Larissa and I always tried to make it up and now we will talk about our futures. I am taking the responsibility for the things I did and for the people that suffered.”

Via blogger John Yates, Larissa shared screenshots of the profiles of women that Colt had been talking to online, and conversations where they claimed that he had been lying about his marital status. According to Larissa, Colt told multiple women he was separated from his wife so he could live a single life and flirt with women online.
