‘90 Day Fiancé’ Star Colt’s Cousin Says He ‘Doesn’t Seem Happy’ In Marriage To Larissa

His wife may have deleted that Instagram post where she accused him of cheating, but that doesn’t mean that 90 Day Fiancé star Colt Johnson is happy in his marriage to Larissa Dos Santos Lima. According to new reports, there’s still plenty of drama for the couple. In fact, the drama is so real that Colt’s cousin is even speaking out about it. In a new interview with Radar Online, John Maymoun, Colt’s relative who’s made appearances with him on the TLC show, is dishing on the star’s relationship. And what he has to say isn’t exactly good news.

According to John, the tensions between Colt and Larissa are so high that she “locks herself in the bedroom most of the time.” He continues, “[Colt]’s quite passive. I’m not sure he knows exactly what to do. He doesn’t seem happy at all. Debbie [Johnson, Colt’s mom] locks herself in her room as well.”

Of course, viewers know that John and Larissa don’t exactly get along. On the Sunday, Dec. 10 episode of the show, the relatives-by-marriage got into a screaming match on camera. John insisted that Larissa was only using his cousin for a green card and for money — something that Larissa may have been reacting to when she insisted in that now-deleted Instagram post that she bought her wedding dress at Goodwill for only $150.

Though Colt and his cousin have since made peace over that — “I apologized to Colt personally… for yelling in his house and calling his fiancée names,” John clarified — Larissa and him haven’t quite been able to bury the hatchet. “She attacked Colt twice, and I don’t believe she loves or respects Colt,” the cousin continued, calling her behavior “horrible” as he referred to the domestic violence incidences the couple recently dealt with. For his relative’s sake, though, he’s willing to put up with it. “If Colt’s stuck with her, I want him to be happy. It’s cheaper to keep her!”
