In December 2022, the reality star opened up about getting healthier in order to be a better parent to her young son.

“The hardest part is the motivation and the dedication it takes to get up every day and do it for yourself. The bigger picture of it being a lifestyle choice,” she wrote. “For me, it’s not just going to the gym. It’s lugging Odin, the stroller, snack and drink for him to be content so I can get it in. Most days I am mentally and physically at my best, feeling so good about myself.”

The Beginning

The mom of one shared a throwback photo of the beginning of her journey in November 2021.

“Thankful that motherhood hasn’t stopped me from doing not only what I love, but what makes me feel so good about myself every day,” she captioned the transformation picture. “My biggest regret during my pregnancy was not continuing to work out.”

Giving Grace

“I’ve been SO hard on myself lately because I’ve recently hit a plateau. I’ve been maintaining well but would love to lose another 25 more,” she wrote via Instagram in April 2023. “Sometimes I look in the mirror and still see a 300+ lbs person looking back at me … the reality is … I need to be showing myself more grace.”

Major Milestone

“Lowest weight since January of 2019! I always seem to be much more successful during the school year with a solid routine and keeping busy,” she captioned a mirror selfie in January 2024. “It’s much easier to hold myself accountable and get my workouts in when there is structure to my days. It’s been slow and steady but 95 pounds down. The long term goal is to lose another 25!”
