She’s not letting the haters get to her! Ashley Jones of Young and Pregnant fame — also known as Ashley Siren on Instagram — clapped back at a troll on the social media platform on Dec. 17. The person had commented accusing her of using Photoshop on the image, and Ashley immediately shut them down.
The commenter wrote in the comments of a photo Ashley shared of herself and her love, Bariki Smith, “Lol I think you messed up your photoshop…look at your arm .” Ashley replied, “next time you wanna insult someone, at least have the common sense to zoom and inspect first.” Clearly, Ashley was not having it! See for yourself in the screenshot below.
And this is the photo Ashley posted, which she probably hoped would elicit much more positive responses than the one above.
Because the truth is, that’s far from the only comment Ashley got about her image being altered on this particular photo. Other people wrote responses like, “Photoshop gone bad…” and “Why does your arm looked[sic] Photoshopped?”
There were also a ton of negative comments slamming Bar in the photo for not dressing up enough with Ashley. “Bar should of wore a button up or something to match your fly sis!” one person wrote. Another said, “I’m sorry but you are wayyy too pretty for him. He’s not even a little cute.” Harsh!
These days, Ashley keeps plenty busy and has enough on her plate without dealing with social media trolls. For instance, she recently told In Touch exclusively about her plans to go back to school. The Young and Pregnant star said, “I am currently re-enrolled in a medical assisting certificate program that I will be done within the next few months…And [I’m] also enrolled in a community college to start my pre-requisites for my transfer.” That’s really great news!
Ashley also told In Touch that she has a part-time job, and is, of course, a mom to her daughter, Holly, which is a full-time job in and of itself. She doesn’t have time to deal with all the hate on Instagram, but in this instance, she made the time.
