‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Leah Messer Gushes Over New Flame Jason Jordan: He’s ‘More Mature’ Than Her Exes

The 26-year-old has been dating Jason, who is 13 years her senior, since earlier this year and their blossoming romance was confirmed in May.

So how do they get along so well? “I think he’s definitely more mature than other guys that I’ve dated that are my age,” Leah recently told Us Weekly.

Jason and Leah proved they are head-over-heels by becoming Instagram official on Aug. 6, and Leah’s mother already gave them her seal of approval.

Even though sparks are flying between the two, Leah is taking her time and letting feelings evolve naturally. “The goal is just to learn [about] each other,” she told Us. “Even today, 7 to 8 months in, I’m not rushing anything. I just want to enjoy the time now.”

And it’s like fate brought them together! Leah met Jason through his cousin, who is a friend of hers, and a connection formed after the couple discovered they have a lot in common.

“They share the same faith and have gone to church together,” a source previously told Us. “They love hiking, cooking and are both very family oriented. He’s very attentive.”

Leah shares eight-year-old Ali and Aleeah with ex-husband Cory Simms and daughter Adalynn, 5, with her ex-husband Jeremy Calvert, while Jason has a son named Raylan with his ex-wife.
