Though she’s been linked to several notable names over the years, Halsey has made a conscious effort to keep her love life under wraps. Back in March, the 22-year-old musician opened up to Rolling Stone about her second studio album, hopeless fountain kingdom, which she said was inspired by a very tumultuous relationship.

“I had killed off a version of myself just so we could make our love work. Sometimes you’re in a relationship for so long and you become a different person,” Halsey vaguely told the magazine. “You lose yourself because you change for that person. I put the seal on that relationship and fully purged myself of the feelings for that person at the same time as I finished my record.”

With so many songs written about that particular ex, fans can’t help but wonder who the openly bisexual singer is currently cozying up to these days. Months after her chat with Rolling Stone, Halsey was linked to rapper Machine Gun Kelly, whom she frequently posed for photos with on social media. In May, the duo enjoyed a romantic date night at TAO in NYC.

Then in July, Halsey was rumored to be dating another hip-hop star — G-Eazy. Her rep insisted to Page Six that the two were just friends at the time, but Halsey and the MC, 28 — who just dropped their collab “Him & I” — made out on stage after performing the new tune at Bud Light’s intimate Dive Bar Tour in New Orleans on Wednesday, Aug. 30. After their smooch, G-Eazy reportedly told the crowd, “Give it up for Halsey. That’s my boo!”

The pair have also recently taken to social media flaunt their affection for each other in several aww-worthy Instagram snaps. On Monday, Sept. 4, Halsey shared a sweet pic of G-Eazy holding her in his arms and planting a peck on her cheek. “baseball + apple pie. ⚾️??,” she captioned the post.

Prior to gaining mainstream notoriety thanks to the release of debut album, Badlands, in 2015, Halsey (real name: Ashley Nicolette Frangipane) dated the 1975’s Matt Healy. During an August 2015 interview with Billboard, the New Jersey native was quick to shut down further discussion about their relationship.

“We’re both attracted to characters, and we saw that in each other. I spent a lot of time watching him and he spent a lot of time loving being watched,” she said at the time. “But if you think he’s the first red-wine-drinking, pretty-boy rocker in skinny jeans I’ve been associated with, you’re out of your f–king mind.”

While it’s pretty clear that Halsey and Matt, 28, once shared something special, one person she most definitely was never serious with was Justin Bieber. The pop stars teamed up for 2015’s “The Feeling,” a duet featured on JB’s album Purpose — and, naturally, dating rumors immediately started surfacing.

“I learned how quickly I could go from having never met someone to having the world think I’m dating them. My mom texted me, ‘Are you dating Justin Bieber?’ I was like, ‘Mom, what the f–k? Don’t you think I would tell you?’” Halsey — who has also been linked to Ruby Rose, Jared Leto, Norwegian producer Lido, and The Chainsmokers’ Andrew Taggart — told Rolling Stone in February 2016. “But when we performed on the Today show, it was just so real, so emotive, so evocative — two people connecting in this love song. There was a moment where I think he and I were both kind of like, ‘Are we …  are we … is this real?’”
