It's no secret that Briana DeJesus has gone under the knife, ahem, numerous times, but what a lot of fans may not know is who's behind the Teen Mom 2 star's plastic surgeries. On tonight's brand new episode, fans were introduced to Dr. Miami — a (you guessed it) Florida-based cosmetic surgeon. Keep scrolling to learn more about the 46-year-old!

He gave Briana a whole new body.

Dr. Miami, whose real name is Michael Salzhauer, revealed the mother-of-two once had a boob job, a butt lift, and labiaplasty all done at the same time. "It is really one long operation. She was in a lot of pain and it takes about two weeks to recover. I gave Briana a whole new body," he told Radar Online in May. "Everything from the neck down is different and, in my practice, it is common to get this all done at once."

He also went into NSFW detail about the labiaplasty, which she wanted to feel more "comfortable" during sex. "In Briana's case, it was after she had [her first] baby. I do not know whether it came from the baby, or if she was just genetically born like that," Dr. Miami said after working on her. “But we trim the extra lady bits and make it neat and tucked."

He's well-educated.

According to the Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery website, Dr, Miami "attended Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO, and he was trained in the latest plastic surgery techniques while serving on the staff of the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach; the University of Miami Medical Center; and the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Foundation." He also "maintains the highest standards and has been certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeon." In other words, he's smart AF.

He's an inventor.

Not only is he a children's book author (he wrote My Beautiful Mommy), but he also invented several iphone and online cosmetic surgery related applications. His successful iPhone app, iSurgeon, allows users to alter photos of themselves to see what they would look like with cosmetic surgery.

As if that weren't enough, Heidi Yourself, an online application commissioned by MTV UK, allows users to see what they could look like with any of the 10 cosmetic surgeries Heidi Montag allegedly had performed. Yeah, seriously. This eventually led to multiple variations of the application including Pet Plasty, in which users can alter the image of their pets.

Welp. I officially feel like I've done nothing with my life.
