The TV host, 54, took to Twitter on January 18 to announce her break from filming due to some health complications. Originally, she was supposed to return to her show on January 21, but instead, she decided to take more time for herself.

“As Wendy Williams Hunter previously shared, she fractured her shoulder and has been on the mend,” read a statement from her family at the time. “Over the past few days, Wendy has experienced complications regarding her Graves’ Disease that will require treatment. Wendy will be under the strict supervision of her physicians, and as part of her care, there will be significant time spent in the hospital.”

After a few weeks off, Wendy made sure to shout out her team and express her gratitude ahead of her return. “Salute to Debmar-Mercury for believing from the start and thanks to my staff for tirelessly holding it down for me,” she said in a statement.

“Staff are planning a big ‘welcome back’ show where Wendy will address her health problems,” a source previously told In Touch. “But isn’t going to be saying anything else.”

For now, you can expect The Wendy William Show to air repeat episodes starting on February 25 until the following Monday, March 4.
