Travis Scott Is ‘Not Happy’ About Kylie Jenner and Drake’s New ‘Budding Romance’
After news broke that Kylie Jenner is seeing Drake, her baby daddy, Travis Scott, is not too thrilled the KUWTK is moving on so quickly. “He’s not happy about the budding romance at all,” a source told In Touch exclusively. Even though the 22-year-old billionaire was with the Georgia native, 28, for over two years, she is trying to focus on the future. “Kylie isn’t worried about his feelings at this point,” the insider dished. “Kylie has had a crush on Drake since she was a kid, and now he’s sexier than ever. The timing for them is finally right.”
The brunette babe and the 33-year-old rapper were spotted hanging out at his birthday bash in Los Angeles on October 23. The new couple “spent a lot of time talking with one another,” an onlooker revealed. “They seemed to be enjoying each other’s company. They were joking around, and Kylie was laughing. There seemed to be an attraction there.”
It’s no surprise that sparks were flying between Kylie and the Canada native since they have been “flirting for years,” a source told In Touch. Us Weekly was the first to report that the two have been “seeing each other romantically” following her split from Travis. Kylie and Drake have a long history together — he performed at Kylie’s Sweet 16 in 2013 and has been invited to the Kardashian Christmas party, which he attended in 2015. Drake also gave a shout-out to Kris Jenner in his 2016 song “4PM in Calabasas.” Additionally, Kylie and Kendall Jenner were seen at the same New Year’s Eve party as the Grammy winner in 2018.
The makeup mogul just split from her boyfriend, Travis — whom she shares 20-month-old daughter, Stormi, with — in early October. At the time, Kylie made it clear that she was happily coparenting with the “SICKO MODE” rapper. “Travis and I are on great terms, and our main focus right now is Stormi!!” she wrote on Twitter on October 3. “Our friendship and our daughter is priority.”
Kylie and Travis’ split came as a shock to most people, but apparently there were bigger problems the public wasn’t seeing. “Kylie has serious issues. She has her own life and career and child and can’t watch over him,” a second source told In Touch. “She is the billionaire megastar, and she feels so insecure about herself because of her relationship. They’ve had major trust issues from the start.”
Well, it seems like Kylie is focusing on her future — which includes Drake at the moment!
