Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott Are Getting Along to Coparent Stormi: ‘There’s No Animosity’
Putting their child first. Kylie Jenner split from her baby daddy and boyfriend, Travis Scott, earlier this month. But even though they may have taken a break from their romantic relationship, they have not taken a break from their roles as parents. In fact, they have been able to get along well enough to coparent their daughter, Stormi Webster.
“It’s not been awkward between Kylie and Travis at all,” a source told Us Weekly. “There’s no animosity, no ill will or any negative feelings at all right now. They are both putting aside any romantic differences to be the best parents in the world for their daughter. Kylie has followed the same footsteps as her sisters Khloé [Kardashian] and Kourtney [Kardashian] in that respect.”
Kylie, 22, has some great coparenting role models to look up to in her older sisters. Khloé, 35, coparents her daughter, True Thompson, with her ex-boyfriend and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson. Kourtney, 40, coparents her three children — Mason, Penelope and Reign — with her ex-boyfriend and baby daddy, Scott Disick. Kylie and Travis, 28, share 50/50 custody of Stormi, Us Weekly previously reported. Since their split, the exes have reunited a few times in order to spend time with their 20-month-old daughter.
As In Touch previously confirmed, Kylie and the “SICKO MODE” rapper decided to “take a break” after two years of dating. “As far as I know, they’re just taking a break, it’s not a full on split,” an insider exclusively told In Touch at the time. “It wasn’t that long ago that Kylie was talking about having another baby with Travis, so this comes as a shock.”
The makeup mogul later addressed her split with Travis after she was spotted at the same recording studio where her ex-boyfriend Tyga shortly after the news broke. “The internet makes everything 100 times more dramatic than what it really is. There was no ‘2am date with Tyga.‘ You see me drop two of my friends off at a studio that he happened to be at,” Kylie wrote on Twitter on October 3. “Travis and I are on great terms and our main focus right now is Stormi ‼️ our friendship and our daughter is priority.”
