Tori Roloff Dishes on Baby Jackson on His 1-Month Birthday: “He’s Growing Like a Champ!”

Time sure is flying!

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a month since Tori and Zach Roloff welcomed their first-born, Jackson Kyle! But today the Little People, Big World stars are already celebrating their little one’s one-month birthday!

His proud mama shared a picture to honor the occasion and shared some details about life with little Jackson in the caption.

“Jackson is one month old today! He is eating and growing like a champ, loves watching soccer with daddy, starting to find his voice, sleeps 5-6 hour stretches at night, loves his Uncle Jacob, hates having his diaper changed, tolerates bath time,” she gushed. “Love you so much baby J!”

As Tori and Zach previously revealed, Jackson has achondroplasia, the same form of dwarfism as his father.

“Baby Jackson came in as [a little person] — just like me,” Zach explained in a recent episode of their vlog, Z and T Party of Three. “Yeah, we’re super excited for it, though. We’ll hope to just give him a healthy, happy life and support him in every way. He can experience as much of the world as Tori and me have been able to and hopefully much more!”

While raising a child with different needs is no small task, Zach and Tori have repeatedly made it clear that they’re up for the challenge.

“You have to encourage a dwarf child a little more because it will take them five steps to do what others can do in two,” Zach previously explained. “But I knew, dwarf or not, I was going to parent my child with the mentality that not everyone gets a trophy. You have to earn it.”

Since revealing that baby Jackson is a little person, Tori has said that she hopes that her baby boy is just like his dad — when it comes to more than just his small stature.

“I just pray that he’s caring and thoughtful, like his father,” the kindergarten teacher gushed. “I just want him to be a good person.”
