Former Teen Mom OG star Mackenzie Edwards gave birth to her first child with her husband Ryan Edwards, according to a report by Radar Online. The couple’s son Jagger Ryan Edwards was born on Tuesday, Oct. 9, at around 12 a.m. after Mackenzie was induced on Oct. 8 —  but Mackenzie gave birth alone because Ryan is still currently in rehab for substance abuse issues.

Little Jagger weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and his mama did not need to have a C-section, an insider revealed to Radar. And even though Ryan was not by his wife’s side during the labor and birth, she was not alone.

“Mackenzie’s mom Terran and dad Bobby were at the hospital,” the source continued. “Ryan’s mom Jen and dad Larry were also there.”

Jagger is Mackenzie and Ryan’s first child together, but Mackenzie and Ryan each have one child from previous relationships. Mackenzie shares a four-year-old son named Hudson from a previous marriage, and Ryan shares nine-year-old son Bentley with his ex,  Teen Mom OG star Maci Bookout. Sources also revealed that both Bentley and Hudson arrived at the hospital to meet their new baby brother.

Last week, insiders confirmed to Radar that Ryan returned to rehab and has been in treatment for at least a few weeks. “He entered rehab in Alabama about a month ago,” the insider said. “Mackenzie moved out of the lake house they were in and is now living with her parents.”

Mackenzie is expected to return to her parents’ home once she and her newborn son are discharged from the hospital, and they will stay there until Ryan is released from the rehab facility. Ryan is expected to remain in treatment until about February or March, so he will likely miss the first few months of Jagger’s life. It’s also unclear if Ryan will get a chance to meet his son in person for the first time before he completes his prorgram for his ongoing battle with heroin addiction.
