The drama continues!
The 25-year-old threatened to alter his custody arrangement with their son, so Ryan posted the image below in response.
It reads, "Let's not make this more complicated than it has to be. If you don't want to be called out on your sh-t, don't act sh-tty."
Just yesterday, the reality star posted a meme featuring Martin Luther King, Jr. that quotes his iconic "I Have a Dream" speech, and also uses NSFW language to address his "baby's mama."
"I have a dream that one day my psycho baby's mama will shut the f–k up," the meme read, and Ryan posted it without a caption.
It seems to be a reaction to Maci Bookout after she consulted with a counselor over the phone in order to get some advice on how to help an addict. She explained that the person she’s trying to help is the father of her eight-year-old son, Bentley.
“I’m not really sure exactly what it is that he’s using,” Maci said in a sneak peek for this week’s episode. “Sometimes he’ll fall asleep while you’re trying to have a conversation with him, or he’s extremely wide-eyed and he doesn’t look right.”
Maci admitted that she hasn’t confronted Ryan about his drug use, but she would like to try to convince him to get help for his addiction — and she would even go as far threatening to take legal action and modify the custody arrangement for their son if he doesn’t agree to go to rehab.
“Yeah, I’m hoping it doesn’t have to get to that point, but that would be the ultimatum,” she said. “The other aspect of that too would be, if I’m limiting access to him then I’m also gonna have to do that with his parents because they’re pretty much the sole caregivers of our son when he’s with his dad.”

Happy Birthday Bentley! We spent the day with his friends on a field trip to the pumpkin patch and then had an awesome dinner with friends and family! I can't believe my baby is 8 years old, he has grown into an incredible young man, but he will always be my baby! I love you Bentley! 💙🎉🎂
The counselor said that it seems like Ryan’s parents, Jen and Larry, are enabling him in his addiction and he warned Maci that she might be facing an “uphill battle” in terms of getting help for Ryan.
But since the episode was taped, Maci was able to talk Ryan into going to rehab — with the help of his new wife, Mackenzie Standifer. The ladies sat down to talk about Ryan’s issues during the taping of the Teen Mom OG reunion special earlier this month, and they confirmed that he is currently seeking treatment.
"There was back and forth between Maci and Mackenzie, but no yelling or anything like that. They talked about Ryan and his drug issues. Ryan is in rehab and has been in there about two weeks," a source revealed to E! News. "They also said he's doing well."
