Former Teen Mom 2 star David Eason has found himself in hot water again. A woman has shockingly accused David of threatening her with a gun and she is reportedly taking legal action against him. Scroll through the gallery to find out why she decided to file charges.

The woman claims David was angry that she was looking at his home and pulled up beside her car in an ATV. The real estate agent says he placed his hand on what appeared to be a firearm.

“I saw the gun,” she told Radarabout their interaction. “It was a handgun and it was right on his side. He told me, ‘Yes I have a gun and I will shoot you.’”

Britt added, “I think he should have to pay. He has upset my little world and I don’t appreciate it. I just take care of the grandchildren and work. But he won’t stop. He literally will not stop. I’m going to sue him for this character thing. It’s just not right.”
