We can’t imagine how hard it is for Leah Messer to see her daughter Ali — who suffers from Titin muscular dystrophy — have to go through another medical test.

The Teen Mom 2 star shared this troubling photo on Instagram, captioned, “Say a prayer for my Ali Bug, it's that time of year again. She has one of the bravest, most courageous souls that I know! Can't believe it's already been a year since her last sleep study!”

Ali’s condition has been chronicled on the MTV reality series and it’s clear she’s trying her best to live the life of a normal six-year-old.

She also has a twin sister, Aleeah, from Leah’s relationship with Corey Simms and a three-year-old sister, Adalynn, from Leah’s second marriage with Jeremy Calvert. Corey and his new wife, Miranda, also gave his daughters a baby sister, Remi, back in November.
