‘Teen Mom 2′ Star Leah Messer Hints at Daughter Aleeah Simms’ Health Scare

Leah Messer can't catch a break.

The Teen Mom 2 star was brought to tears during last week's episode when she discussed the possibility of her daughter Ali Simms losing her ability to walk due to her muscular dystrophy — but now the mom-of-three is faced with the possibility of her other daughter, Aleeah Grace Simms, having the same disease.

"They actually want to get Gracie tested for MD as well," Leah revealed to a pal in the sneak peek.

She explained Ali's doctors want her to bring Aleeah to Columbus to go through some tests since her mom and her dad — Leah's ex-husband Corey Simms — both carry the gene for muscular dystrophy, which is a genetic disease that causes weakness in major organs like the heart and lungs.

But even though the seven-year-old hasn't been tested for muscular dystrophy in the past, she isn't scared about going to visit her sister's doctor — but her mom seemed extremely worried.
