Kailyn Lowry made headlines earlier this year after undergoing plastic surgery — and now her surgeon, Michael “Dr. Miami” Salzhauer, explained what exactly he did to enhance the Teen Mom 2 star’s physique.

“She had a tummy tuck and a Brazilian butt lift, which is a fat transfer,” said the doctor, who has gained notoriety for documenting his procedures on Snapchat.

“A fat transfer is where I take fat from areas of the body where you don’t want it — like your tummy, your back, your love handles — and I put it in your butt and so it does two things,” Dr. Miami continued.

“You get liposuction and a nice, curvy, tiny waist — and you get a bigger booty! It’s a great operation.”

He also reiterated that contrary to fan speculation, the mother-of-two did NOT get butt implants.

Dr. Miami is nominated for Snapchat of the Year against Kylie Jenner and DJ Khaled at the 2016 Shorty Awards.
