It’s been nearly two months since In Touch exclusively revealed that President Donald Trump cheated on his wife, Melania, with porn star Stormy Daniels, but now new details about their alleged affair have surfaced. According to a recent report, the 38-year-old wasn’t forced to sign the sworn statement due to “intimidation and coercive tactics.” In fact, she didn’t seem to take it seriously at all.

A witness of the signing told The Blast that her claims are simply “asinine.” Anthony Kotzev, the boyfriend of Stormy’s manager, Gina Rodriguez, told the site that he was actually sitting next to Stormy when she physically signed her second statement denying that she was paid any “hush money,” and he said the environment was extremely “lighthearted.” He added that Stormy was “joking around” while taking the pen to paper.

Anthony alleged that the signing took place in January at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel prior to her Jimmy Kimmel Live! appearance. He said the porn star, her manager, and her lawyer were discussing how best to address the Trump conversation. Apparently, Trump’s camp wanted Stormy to sign a new statement because “the press had started to pick up the story, and the announcement of her being on Kimmel made it even bigger.” Stormy allegedly told her team, “Fine, go get it,” referring to the statement.

When the news first broke, the adult film star signed a statement regarding the denial of “hush money,” and sent it to Trump’s attorney, Michael Cohen. In her complaint, Stormy alleges that “Mr. Cohen, through intimidation and coercive tactics, forced Ms. Clifford into signing a false statement wherein she stated that reports of her relationship with Mr. Trump were false.”

As a result, Anthony is having a hard time figuring out why she’s suddenly changing her story. “She had no issues signing the paper when I was there,” he said.
