‘Teen Mom OG’ Star Ryan Edwards’ Fiancée Mackenzie Standifer Slams MTV For “Fake” Editing
One of the newest additions to the cast of Teen Mom OG already regrets joining this season!
Ryan Edwards' fiancée Mackenzie Standifer went on a Twitter rant earlier this week after a preview for the upcoming Season 7 premiere showed her fiancé in a not-so-great light. In the clip, Ryan’s parents Jen and Larry Edwards show up to his ex-fiancée — TMOG star Maci Bookout’s home for a family trick-or-treat outing on Halloween — but Ryan is late which upsets his son Bentley.
“Daddy just [texted], him and Mackenzie are in some traffic but they’re on their way,” Jen told her grandson. The seven-year-old put his head down and said that his dad is always late.
Mackenzie took to Twitter to set the record straight about what really happened that day and she slammed MTV for creating their “fake” storyline with editing.

A fan wrote to Mackenzie and said that MTV has a history of placing an emphasis on Ryan’s faults and the fan asked her if she ever regretted joining the cast, and she replied, “Yes if I'm being 100% honest I regret it every single day.”
The couple has been engaged since last December after seven months of dating — and their surprise engagement will actually play out on the upcoming season of TMOG. Mackenzie gushed over Ryan’s proposal and she even dished on the details of their upcoming nuptials.

"We already booked the church — we're getting married in November 2017. It was where [Ryan's parents] Jen and Larry got married," she told MTV News at the time.
Their ceremony will take place almost exactly one year after Maci’s wedding to her longtime boyfriend Taylor McKinney — the couple tied the knot last October.
