He may not be allowed to see his daughter right now, but Ronnie Ortiz-Magro will always be there for her. On Monday, November 11 — only days after a protective order was issued that prevents the Jersey Shore star from contacting his daughter — he took to Instagram to share that sweet sentiment with his little girl. Posting a gorgeous photo of himself walking hand-in-hand with Ariana Sky, the father issued his promise.

“No matter what happens, what you’re going through, Daddy will always be there holding your hand by your side!” Ronnie, 33, wrote. In the hashtags of the post, he added the sentiments, “#always #ILoveYouMonster.” On his Instagram Story, he shared another shot of his daughter. In this one, she was alone, seemingly watching something on TV. “Dada miss you!” he captioned the shot. “My whole world,” he added with kissing and heart-eye emojis.

On November 8, the MTV personality pleaded not guilty to the seven misdemeanor charges he’s facing. The same day, however, a judge also issued the temporary protective order on his ex Jen Harley‘s behalf. The court order, which was requested by a city attorney, bans the star from seeing or contacting his ex and their toddler daughter. A previous emergency protective order, issued in the wake of Ronnie’s arrest, had been lifted after Jen didn’t appear in court for a scheduled hearing.

Despite the drama, the Jersey Shore star’s castmates have stuck by him. At the People’s Choice Awards on Sunday, November 10, Deena Cortese told In Touch they’ll always be there for Ronnie. “You know, he’s doing the best he can with everything, but we’ll always have his back no matter what,” she said. “He was in New Orleans with us. We just saw him.” Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino have also publicly spoken out on their friend’s behalf.

While recording an episode of Snooki’s podcast, “It’s Happening With Snooki & Joey,” the two stars suggested Jen, 32, staged the photos that showed off bruises she allegedly obtained during her altercation with Ronnie. “I feel like she went out intentionally to get a photo of her,” Snooki said. “She wants it to be a thing. She wants to show off her bruises. We don’t know how she got the bruises.”

Though Mike wasn’t quite so blunt, he chimed in with his own take. “There are three sides to a story — his side, her side and the truth. I don’t really know what happened, but we have to speak to him first to get his truth, and then we can guide him going forward and put these mistakes behind [us]. … When I see him, I am going to support him,” he said. “If he wants any advice, I will give it.”
