The drama isn’t over for Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro. After getting into an explosive fight with his baby mama Jen Harley on New Year’s Eve, it’s now been revealed that Ronnie is a “person of interest” in a burglary case that took place at their shared home.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan PD responded to the couple’s house at about 3:23 in the morning on Jan. 1, according to Radar. It was classified as a “burglary call” because there was potential damage done to items inside the home. As far as detectives can tell so far, nothing is missing, but there is an ongoing investigation because damaging property constitutes as burglary in the state of Nevada. Insiders claim Ronnie was not at the home when the police arrived at the scene.

Jen was not injured, but given the history of police calls between the two, police more than likely provided Jen with information about getting a restraining order, and other things she could do to prevent an escalating domestic violence issue. Ronnie and Jen share eight-month-old daughter Ariana, and it’s unknown if their little one was there during the incident.

According to a recent report, the couple called it quits after getting into a heated argument. “They broke up before New Year’s Eve, got back together right before then and got in a big fight on Monday night,” a source told Us Weekly, before revealing their relationship status. “They’re currently broken up. But it’s the same story every time: They are together, they fight, they break up and then get back together.”

In the past year, the couple got into a physical altercation, got in trouble with police for a fight in Las Vegas, and have slammed each other on social media. Fast forward to now, and Ronnie, 33, has since removed every photo of baby mama Jen, 31, from his social media page. On the other hand, Jen still has snaps of the MTV star on her page: the most recent being a holiday snap of them shared on Dec. 16. Hopefully this drama ends soon!
