Ron Perlman and Allison Dunbar Step Out for First Public Outing Since He Filed for Divorce
Out and about! Ron Perlman and Allison Dunbar made their first red carpet appearance together since the actor filed for divorce from his now ex-wife, Opal Perlman, almost one month earlier. The 69-year-old Hellboy star and the 42-year-old looked cozy at the Once Upon a Time … in Hollywood event at the Musso and Frank Grill in Los Angeles on Monday, December 2. The blonde beauty wore a black dress and posed with her hand on her man’s chest while Ron sported a black jacket with a patterned shirt.
Even though Ron is technically still married, he and Allison “haven’t changed how they’re going on about their lives,” an insider told In Touch exclusively. “They weren’t hiding it before. They’d walk their dogs in the neighborhood, they went to dinner, they did what couples do. Ron just never made moves to officially divorce his wife. Everyone who needed to know about them knew that Ron and Opal led separate lives.”
The couple shared an intimate meal after they were spotted dining at Soho Warehouse on November 3. “They definitely seemed like an item,” a second source told In Touch exclusively at the time. “[They were] very touchy-feely.” Previously, the StartUp costars first sparked romance rumors when they were photographed kissing as they left Alexander Steakhouse in Pasadena, California, in May.
Additionally, the Sons of Anarchy alum was frequently featured on Allison’s Instagram page before their relationship was public. “Me and bish,” she captioned a photo with him from November 2018. The actress also shared another snap of her man and his daughter, Blake, from a fun evening out on the town in February 2018.
Now that the lovebirds have nothing to hide, will their bond get more serious? Perhaps! “Ron and Allison are happy the way things were and how things are going now,” the source continued. “Is she happy Ron will be officially divorced? Sure, but again, there was no real pressure. But who knows? Maybe now they’ll want to take their relationship to the next level. I know Ron really loves Allison, and she loves him.”
Well, it looks like these two are happy, and that’s all that matters!
