In its new issue, on stands now, In Touch uncovers the dark truths about Bachelorette star Rachel Lindsay’s suitors.

“I’ve spoken to her, and I know that there are some guys that she was unsure about,” Rachel’s close friend and former Bachelor co-star Corinne Olympios, 25, tells In Touch exclusively.

But the Florida-based chiropractor isn’t as dreamy as he seems. In 2014, the Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine and the Florida Department of Health filed an administrative complaint due to Bryan keeping insufficient medical records, rendering services that were excessive in quantity and providing treatment that was not appropriate for the patient’s symptoms and/or age in connection with the case of the 3-year-old.

Though two of the charges in the complaint were later dismissed with prejudice and Bryan never admitted guilt, a letter of concern was placed on his permanent record. He was also forced to pay close to $20,000 (to cover his fine and the investigation costs) and ordered to take risk-management classes, record-keeping classes and an ethics class as part of the settlement.

Two years later, Allstate insurance sued Bryan and several other chiropractors, accusing them of insurance fraud. He denied the charges and the case was dismissed this year.
