He’s finally speaking out!

Back in 2015, reality TV fans fell in love with Dan Hamill and his family — his wife Michelle, and their three kids, twins Cece and Cate, and their son Jack — when they made their debut on Our Little Family! And since the second season wrapped in late October of that same year, fans have been wondering if they’ll be returning to TLC… And we finally have an answer!

Check out the video below to see what the Hamill family patriarch had to say about a reality TV return!

The show follows the family-of-five — all of who are living with achondroplasia, the most common form of dwarfism — as they face a world designed for average-sized people. As TLC notes, this is a struggle that the Hamill parents know well, as they are the only people in their respective families who are little people.

They were first approached by TLC, who was eager to tell their story.

“We were drawn to the Hamill family because they always bring heart and humor to everyday life and the challenges that all families face,” the show’s executive producer Cindy Kain previously said. “After getting to know them even more, we knew they would be a great addition to our TLC family.”

When asked what they hoped to get out of the show, Dan gushed, “Mostly I want viewers to be entertained. If there’s a message, we want people to know —” he said before his wife finished his sentence, adding, “we’re just like everyone else, just smaller.”
