Looking strong, lil mama! In addition to her gorgeous, long blonde locks, Tyler Baltierra and Catelynn Lowell‘s daughter is now showing off something else that’s making fans jealous — her tiny little muscles. The adorable toddler is super into getting strong and showing off to her dad, and it’s pretty freaking cute. OK, so she might not have that many muscles yet, but we love that she wants them. Tyler showed off his daughter’s flex game in an Instagram video. “Dude, this kid cracks me up every night at dinner!” he wrote in the caption. “I told her to eat all her broccoli if she wants to get muscles & this is what she did every time she ate a piece!” Watch the video above to see the too cute moment for yourself.

There’s no denying that this reality TV kid is a total star. And hearing the way she and Tyler talk to each other just warms our hearts. The family’s been through a lot, but there’s no question that Tyler is a great dad to his little girl. And he’s gonna be a dad again in just a few short months!

Recently, the Teen Mom OG couple announced that they’re expecting again. After opening up about their experience with a miscarriage earlier this year, they’re sharing their hope and excitement over their “rainbow baby.” “This baby is our rainbow after the storm. I’m super excited,” Catelynn told Us Weekly.

“It was a huge shock at first. We were not planning it, especially after the miscarriage and how I went downhill with my mental illness,” she continued. “We were going to wait a really long time. We were using protection and everything and still got pregnant. This baby just wanted to be here. It was very unexpected.”

The couple recently opened up about the struggles and realities of raising kids while dealing with mental health struggles. After receiving some flack from Teen Mom viewers on social media, Tyler took to Twitter to share something another fan had written. “If no one with depression had kids the world would start shrinking at an alarming rate,” they wrote. “If you are one of the lucky few never to experience it. Give a prayer of thanks and don’t talk about what you do not understand.” Tyler quoted it, adding, “THIS. RIGHT. HERE….NAILED IT!!!”

He also opened up about his own battle on Instagram recently with a little creative writing. “My head gets a little tight & out of whack with all these violent thoughts like a trap,” he wrote. “But I’ve learned to accept all my faults, all my messed up ways & all my destructive thoughts… They help me take this pain & this pen & then use them as my paintbrush with this continuous flow, so I can gain the ability to really expressively show.”

We love that he’s found creative and healthy ways to express himself, explore his emotions, and work through them. And we love that he’s teaching Nova how to be healthy and strong in her own way. After all, you saw those muscles, right?
