Four years after Kaiser Griffith’s birth, his dad Nathan Griffith just dropped a bombshell. Nate claims Kaiser had drugs in his system when he was born, and it all came out in his legal docs filed to request custody of his son from Jenelle Evans after seeing her scary road rage incident on Teen Mom 2.

After witnessing Jenelle’s the scene, Nathan confessed that he was shocked by his ex’s actions and worried about the safety of their four-year-old son, Kaiser. Now, he wants the spunky little boy to live with him full time. “Plaintiff and spouse have drug dependency and substance abuse issues,” Nathan says in the docs, obtained by Radar.  

Nathan’s statement went on to say that Jenelle has allegedly been arrested 20 times, and despite going to rehab “two to three times,” she has never completed any prescribed treatment plan. He insists that this has been an ongoing problem, ever since Kaiser’s birth.

“The minor in question, as well as another of the Plantiff’s children, did test positive for THC at birth,” said Nathan. The other child was Ensley, as we already know. However a source close to the situation denied that this was true of Kaiser. 

In Nathan’s ideal world, he would get full custody and Jenelle would only get visitation, though he wants her husband David to be completely barred from spending time with Kaiser, as he’s “violent” and “a danger” according to the docs. 

Nathan made it clear after seeing Jenelle whip out a gun during her road rage incident that he planned to use it against her in court. “I think this helps me in my situation of getting custody of Kaiser because it shows an unstable environment and a very hectic situation instead of being calm and escalating where it could be potentially more hazardous,” Nathan told TMZ. 

Several fans  also voiced their concerns after watching Jenelle pull a gun on another driver who was tailgating her back in May of this year, especially since her eight-year-old son Jace was in the passenger seat at the time.

“It shows that the child might be in danger, being in a hostile situation like that, and not making sound judgment to keep the children safe,” Nathan continued. As of now, Jenelle and Nathan share 50/50 custody of their son Kaiser, but after seeing Jenelle lose her temper, Nathan wants nothing more than to have full custody. Furthermore, Nathan previously accused Jenelle and Kaiser’s step-dad, David Eason, of mistreating Kaiser. However, Nathan was relieved to see David grill Jenelle for her poor parenting choices after the ordeal. 

“I don’t agree with David a lot, but he made a strong statement,” Nathan added. “She shouldn’t be following not just a grown man home, but she probably shouldn’t follow somebody home, period, especially with her aggressive personality. Depending on the situation, that guy could have had a gun too, and it could have been an all-out brawl. Children could have been hurt, she could have been hurt, he could have been hurt — it could have been a nasty situation and a bloodbath.” Everyone is hoping Jenelle learned her lesson!
