Even though Former Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham dropped out of her charity celebrity boxing match at the last minute, the show must go on. Promoters quickly found another opponent for former Flavor of Love star Hoopz Alexander. Natalie DiDonato, who starred on Season 5 of VH1’s reality TV series Mob Wives, will be going up against Hoopz for charity, and her fellow former Mob Wives star Drita D’Avanzo is the guest referee! Now, in an exclusive statement to In Touch, Drita is opening up about the shakeup and revealed why she thinks Farrah’s decision to drop out will make her job easier.

“It actually will now be easier to be unbiased that it’s not Farrah,” Drita, 42, told In Touch. “I think Nat D will actually be a great opponent for Hoopz because let’s be real…Hoopz would have hit Farrah once and Farrah would have been sleeping for a month. That’s when you would have watched a referee dancing and celebrating in the ring (because that’s exactly what I would have done). It would have been a beautiful scene! But now we at least get to watch a good fight! And who doesn’t love a good fight?”

Up until last week, a referee had not been announced yet in the celebrity boxing match between Farrah and Hoopz, and since Drita had been feuding with Farah for months, she felt that she would be the right person for the job. She even submitted a video as her application. “I don’t know if they don’t think I’m qualified, I’m qualified. I have broken up many fights. Plenty. I’ve been a referee on the streets for a very long time,” Drita said in the clip. ” I don’t know if Farrah’s uncomfortable — don’t be. I would tell you what my intentions are. I would be honest if I was coming there to torment you, do something negative but I’m not. All I wanna do is be close up and witness if anyone just so happens to get laid the f–k out.”

Just one day after it was confirmed that Drita got the job as the referee, Farrah dropped out of the boxing match and she took to Instagram Live to explain that Drita was one of the reasons why she backed out. “The celebrity boxing thing, the person who’s in charge and the other promoters who are associated can not and does not know how to do business. I cannot put myself in a liable situation where they have someone publicly say that they wanted to beat my face in or things of that nature,” Farrah said. “Again, just putting me in a bad situation, a legal problem with police. So the best thing to do is just stay away from that. So that’s what I’m going to have to do.”
