‘RHOC’ Alum Meghan King Has ‘Accepted’ Jim Edmonds’ Relationship With Girlfriend Kortnie O’Connor

Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Meghan King has finally “accepted” estranged husband Jim Edmonds’ relationship with his new girlfriend, Kortnie O’Conner, a source exclusively tells In Touch. Though the reality TV mom took some time to come around, she’s now supportive of the couple.

“If Jim is happy, then their kids are happy, and that’s all that she cares about,” the source says. “All that fighting and drama is in the past. As long as Jim does the right thing for their kids, she considers it water under the bridge. It’s very rare, but everyone seems to have moved on, and everyone is at peace. For now, anyway.”

That’s quite the improvement considering Meghan, 35, was calling out both her ex and his new lady when they were first romantically linked in January. In an episode of her “Intimate Knowledge” podcast, she slammed the duo for getting together after Kortnie, 35, joined the married couple for a threesome prior to their breakup. “Why does Jim have to go back to this low-hanging fruit? Can’t she go find somebody else? And just disrespectful on his part,” she said at the time.

By March, however, the sting had faded, and the Real Housewives alum decided to leave the past in the past. Though she had no plans to “become buddies” with the other woman, Meghan was OK with her kids spending time around their dad’s girlfriend. “Meghan isn’t trying to plan Jim’s future, but he and Kortnie do seem to be getting on well,” a second insider told In Touch at the time. “If it becomes more serious, then [she will] figure out a plan.”

And serious is definitely one way to describe the relationship. Jim, 49, and Kortnie are “together 24/7” these days — and she’s even moved in with him in St. Louis, Missouri. The two recently became Instagram official when they shared their first public photos together on the former baseball player’s account. “He and Kortnie are a good match,” a third source said. “They have a lot in common, they laugh, they work out together and she gets along with his older kids. Right now, everything seems to be perfect.”
