Fans are scrambling after Teen Mom OG star Mackenzie Standifer seemingly hinted that she’s trying to get pregnant with hubby Ryan Edwards. Mackenzie took to Instagram to show off her new Ava bracelet, which tracks your sleep cycle — but it was her caption that has fans convinced she’s using it for something else. Watch the video below to see why her social media followers think she might already be expecting!

Mackenzie is mom to a son named Hudson from her first marriage, and Ryan shares nine-year-old son Bentley with ex Maci Bookout. However, despite their experience as parents, fans are concerned that a baby might not be the best decision, especially given Ryan’s recent struggles with addiction.

“Omg don’t have a baby with Ryan on drugs. We all know he’s still using. Watched the Monday episode and he was such a d–k to you. You’re a fool. Who would want someone like him?” one follower wrote, before another added, “Probably should let Ryan relax for a bit. Addiction is hard on some people, it could send him into a relapse.”

Others rudely suggested she get full custody of her first child before planning for baby No. 2. One person commented, “Oh Lordy. Shouldn’t we focus on getting your first son first… I mean to each their own. But normally people have custody of their kids before having more.” However, Mackenzie, 21, has denied ever losing custody of her boy. “Hell no, I did not lose custody of my baby,” she tweeted. “The courts had to readjust our child support, there had been an error. There was an error in paperwork in the court. Our child support was wrong from day one. Never lost custody. Never had to pay.”

Despite the criticism, Mackenzie has been very open about her plans to expand her family. “We both want ONE more,” she wrote on her blog. “God’s plan is good enough for us. We will have one in His timing!” She also revealed that she’s still adjusting to being a stepmom. “I love these two little guys equally,” she explained. “They are both so unique and so special. It is really cool to be able to plan fun things for us all to do that suit everyone’s needs. I treat him no different than I do my own son.”
