Mackenzie Standifer Teases MTV Spin-Off With Hubby Ryan Edwards and We’re Stoked
It looks like MTV is just giving out Teen Mom specials left and right! Just recently, Teen Mom OG star Ryan Edwards’ wife Mackenzie Standifer teased fans on Instagram with some super exciting news. The blonde beauty took to her stories to announced what sounds like a special focusing on her and her man Ryan, and honestly, we’re already excited to tune in! Watch the video below to get all the details on the upcoming spin-off!
We’re sure the couple has a lot to clear the air about. Considering the last season of the show dealt heavily with Ryan’s suspected drug abuse, and even aired a scene in which it appeared that he was driving under the influence, we’re sure the couple wants to catch fans up on how he’s doing today. The father-of-one appears to be doing better these days. He and his wifey even reportedly held a second wedding ceremony just this month.
“It’s been in the works since the day we got engaged. It was never just decided upon—we knew from day one this was going to be it,” Mackenzie told E! News. She even revealed that she invited her hubby’s ex Maci Bookout to the ceremony. “Everything is just kind of at a resting place right now. It’s about our boys. This is a day about us, yes, but it’s also about us becoming a family.”
According to Radar Online, though Mack and her hubby’s ex feuded briefly, they seem to be on better grounds these days. “Mackenzie received Maci’s response card. Yes, she will be there,” a source said ahead of the ceremony. “They are getting along.” What do you hope to see in this upcoming special?!
