Mackenzie Edwards Shares The First Photo Of Ryan Post-Rehab — And Gushes He’s The ‘Biggest Help’
Lookin’ good, Ryan Edwards! The Teen Mom OG star was recently released from rehab, and now his wife is showing off the doting dad on Instagram. During a Q&A with fans on Dec. 4, Mackenzie — who gave birth to their son, Jagger, in October — couldn’t help but gush about her man now that he’s home.
“How’s life now that Ryan’s home with the kids and new baby?” someone asked the mother-of-two — and stepmama to one. “He’s the biggest help,” Mack responded. “I love this man.”
But that’s not all she had to say about the 30-year-old! In a separate Story, she added, “God has blessed me with the most caring husband and kids. It’s hard to be vulnerable and it means so much to have them in my corner! Don’t give up on love. It’s real. It breaks walls that have been built out of stone.”
Mackenzie, 22, confirmed in the comments on Instagram that Ryan had completed three months in treatment.
“Speaking of failing drug tests… Ryan just checked out of rehab,” someone wrote on an unrelated video posted to Teen Mom‘s page. “Mackenzie missed Thanksgiving with the fam so she could pick him up.” In response, she wrote, “Oh my f—k. Longest f—king 90 days of my life and they are completed.”
But the reality star is reportedly not messing around this time. Although she’s praised her hubby online, a source told Radar Online that if he relapses, she may walk away. “If he relapses again, she’s going to file for divorce. She’s serious. She doesn’t want to continue to be with someone who doesn’t help himself.”
That said, Mack seemed to shut down any kind of dipping rumors during the same Q&A. “Why did you stay with Ryan even tho [sic] he had a drug issue?” someone asked her. “Do you burn your house down when it’s dirty? No,” she shot back. “Do you set your car on fire when it needs a new part? No. Just because someone has a problem doesn’t give you an excuse to give up.”
