It’s to believe it’s been two years since Love and Hip Hop: New York star Yandy Smith-Harris and her baby daddy Mendeecees welcomed their baby girl, Skylar! And we guess mom was feeling nostalgic too — because she honored her daughter’s second birthday by posting a video from her delivery room two years ago.

In the video, the mom- and dad-to-be go over some names — and mom doesn’t like a single one! Making sure not to offend any of the Rebeccas or Naomis of the world, she added in the caption, “Love those names (wasn’t in the right mind).”

Skylar is Yandy and Mendeecees’ second child together — they’re also parents to four-year-old son Omere.

In another video, she thanked her baby daddy for posting the throwback videos, writing, “These videos are the best surprise. Thank you for posting! Memories for sure.”

The past few weeks have been hectic for Yandy and her man, as it was revealed that the two never actually married — despite saying they had. Apparently, the truth came out after Yandy confessed that she never sent in the paperwork — and therefore they aren’t legally man-and-wife.

She later explained that she made the decision because she wanted to keep the government out of her relationship.

“I have a union with Mendeecees, but I do not have a partnership with Mendeecees and the government,” she previously explained. “If the world doesn’t know my commitment level to that man and think it’s a piece of paper that’s going to do that — y’all got me f–ked up.”

She continued, “We’ve been together forever, that right there was us committing to each other and vowing to each other in front of the world and in front of God… Y’all not gonna tell me how much I love mines.”
