A changed man! Now that Lamar Odom has a new lady in his life — Sabrina Parr — he is happier than ever and is finally ready to separate from the Kardashian clan for good, he told Dish Nation on Monday, August 12.

“I’ve definitely moved on,” Lamar, 39, said when asked about his ex, Khloé Kardashian. “I knew what I was getting myself into. They always did right by me,” he said of his ex’s famous family.

As for the relationship he is in now, he says it is different for one simple reason: “The truth. She’s black.” Adding, “She keeps it real.”

For Sabrina, 32, she is happy to be there for Lamar now despite the dark place he was in not long ago. The basketball star nearly died after overdosing back in 2015 at the Nevada based brothel, Love Ranch.

“I wasn’t attracted to the pain and the drama,” Sabrina explained. “You have to meet people where they are. He was never in a position to be someone’s husband, you know? He was sick.”

The life and health coach continued, “He needed to heal. He needed to grieve. He experienced a lot of losses and he never had time to go through that. I knew with my resources, my personality and my attitude that I could help him.” Lamar chimed in saying that Sabrina was “incredible.” “If I’m not helping him, then I’m hurting him,” she said.

The new couple went public with their relationship on Instagram on Friday, August 2. “What we have is much more than they can see,” he captioned a photo of his lady on his lap. “I never thought I’d feel this way again … love you queen ❤️” the athlete wrote under another romantic Instagram.

Although Lamar has moved on from Khloé, 35, he insists that he still loves and respects her and will not put up with any shade thrown her way. “This post isn’t against anyone including my ex-wife that I still respect deeply. I am just PRO love. Can I do that without people feeling offended?” He wrote on Instagram. He continued, “Thanks @getuptoparr for teaching me what real self-value means. It changed my entire mindset.”
