Never say never! Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have seemingly moved on from their rocky relationship — she with Younes Bendjima, and he with Sofia Richie — but that doesn’t mean that they have totally ruled out the possibility of getting back together and making more babies!

On last night’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Scott admitted that he’d have another baby with Kourtney. “Would you guys have a fourth kid?” Malika Haqq asksed Kourt and Scott while hanging out at Khloé’s house. “Yeah,” Scott answered. “You would?” Malika asked again. “M’hm,” Scott replied. “Wait, would you donate or is this like a strict you gotta lay it down?” Malika continued. “Whatever she wants but probably just do it like artificially just so it’s like not weird,” he admitted.

Babies seem to be on everyone’s mind lately. In the first episode of the new season of KUWTK, Khloé, Kourt, and Kim played a game of “Truth or Truth” with their friends — think “Truth or Dare” but without the option to opt out by doing something physical — when Kim’s assistant Steph Shep asked Kourt if she was done having babies with the father of her children, Mason, 6, Penelope, 4, and Reign, 1. Kourt kept it honest, and confessed, “I feel like I would if the situation was right. But that doesn’t mean tomorrow, guys, so don’t get any ideas.”

Of course, Scott is definitely on board. On the KUWTK tenth anniversary special, he confessed that he still tries to “f–k” his baby mama “at least once a week.” During the same interview, he called the 38-year-old the only person he’s ever loved — despite his parade of young women that he’s been spotted with both during their relationship and after their breakup.

Today, they remain focused on co-parenting their three kids — rather than adding more kids to the mix. “I find co-parenting really easy,” she gushed to YOU magazine in August. “Scott and I communicate all the time. You have to keep discussing what’s going on because as the children grow older, the rules need to be renegotiated… We make sure we go on days out together because the kids love it. But it’s really hard when you’re at the zoo and there are cameras in your face all day.”

Hey, whatever you’re doing — save for the serious relationships with people half your ages — it seems to be working! The rest of Hollywood, take note!
