So heartbreaking. Just three days after his former girlfriend Kim Porter’s death, Sean “Diddy” Combs broke his social media silence to pay a heartfelt tribute to the former model and the mother of his children.

Diddy, 49, shared what seems to be a behind-the-scenes video clip of a photo shoot that he did with Kim while she was pregnant with one of their three children. “For the last three days, I’ve been trying to wake up out of this nightmare. But I haven’t. I don’t know what I’m going to do without you baby. I miss you so much,” Diddy wrote in the caption “Today I’m going to pay tribute to you, I’m going to try and find the words to explain our unexplainable relationship. We were more than best friends, we were more than soulmates. WE WERE SOME OTHER S–T!! And I miss you so much. Super Black Love.”

Kim was found dead in her Los Angele home on Nov. 15, at just 47 years old, as In Touch previously reported. Her cause of death is currently unknown, but it was reported that Kim had been suffering from pneumonia for several weeks before her death. Cops were responding to a call at her home about a patient who had gone into cardiac arrest at her home. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

“Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter,” Diddy’s rep told Us Weekly. “I ask that you give the families privacy at this time.”

Diddy and Kim dated for 13 years and shared four children together — their biological twin daughters D’Lila Star and Jessie James, and a biological son, named Christian. Diddy also adopted Kim’s oldest son, Quincy, from her previous relationship with Al B. Sure. Even though they split in 2007, Diddy and Kim always had a special bond.

“Kim is an incredible mother to our children. We’ve been part of each other’s lives for many years and I have always admired her courage and strength,” Diddy said about Kim during a 2008 interview with JET magazine. “We’re the best of friends.”
