Gone too soon. Kim Porter has reportedly passed away at the young age of 47. The model and actress, also known for her relationship with Diddy, was found dead on Nov. 15 at her Los Angeles home. Kim has been suffering with pneumonia for several weeks according to sources, however the cause of her death is unknown at this time.

“Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter,” Diddy’s rep told UsWeekly. “I ask that you give the families privacy at this time.” Law enforcement reportedly got an emergency dispatch call around noon about a patient going into cardiac arrest. It’s claimed that Kim has been dealing with flu-like symptoms and called her doctor just yesterday because she wasn’t feeling any better. Family, friends, and fans are mourning Kim’s tragic death.

Kim and Diddy, 49, dated for 13 years and they last broke up in 2007, but still maintained a strong connection. The former flames share three children together, twin girls Jessie James and D’Lila, and a son, Christian Combs. Kim was also the proud mother of a son, Quincy, from her previous relationship with Al B. Sure. “Kim is an incredible mother to our children. We’ve been part of each other’s lives for many years and I have always admired her courage and strength,” Diddy said about his ex-girlfriend during an interview with JET magazine. “We’re the best of friends.”

“R.I.P to Kim Porter, I send my condolences to her friends and family,” rapper 50 Cent wrote via Twitter in response to the tragic news. “She was loved and will be missed dearly. I know Puff is hit right now, he loved her for real, soul mate type shit. Chin up puff, Positive vibes only.”

On Nov. 4, Kim shared a heartfelt post about Diddy, proving how strong their bond was. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY @diddy on this day a GENIUS was born, may you continue to be the Driving Force of ENERGY that GOD created you to be,” she wrote. “Thank you for giving me the best gifts of life our CHILDREN!”

Kim’s made quite an impact on those around her. Over the years, she’s made appearances on shows Wicked Wicked Games and on Single Ladies. Kim was also featured on Diddy’s show I Want to Work for Diddy. We’re wishing her loved ones the best during this very difficult time.
