Kim Kardashian Shares Sweet Birthday Tribute to Kanye West: ‘Thank You for Who You Are’
Just a little bit of birthday love! For the most part, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West like to keep their love life private but every now and then the couple reminds fans that they’re still going strong. On Saturday, June 8, Kim, 38, took to Instagram to share a sweet tribute for her husband on his 42nd birthday.
“Happy Birthday to my amazing husband, who never ceases to amaze me. Thank you for who you are, and all that you do. I love you!” Kim wrote in a cute photo of her FaceTiming with Kanye. The rapper flashed a rare smile at his wife as she blew a sweet kiss at him in the shot.
Kim and Kanye recently celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary on May 24, and the makeup mogul shared some rare, behind-the-scenes photos from their big day to commemorate the milestone. “[Five] years ago today I married my best friend,” Kim captioned the series of wedding pictures.
As sweet as her tribute was, it definitely didn’t top Kanye’s grand gestures for his wife on their anniversary. Ye surprised Kim with tickets to see Celine Dion in concert in Las Vegas and according to Kim’s snaps from their date night, it looked like they had a blast.
Their anniversary date was also one of the first date nights they’ve had together since welcoming their fourth child, a son named Pslam West. The 1-month-old was born via surrogate, and Kim announced their baby boy’s name by tweeted a screenshot of a text message from Kanye. “Beautiful Mother’s Day with the arrival of our fourth child. We are blessed beyond measure. We have everything we need,” he wrote to the mother of his children.
An insider previously revealed to Life & Style that Kimye is over the moon with their latest addition to the family. “Kim and Kanye feel like their family is complete. Kim used her last embryo with Psalm, and four kids is enough for them to handle!” the source said.
