They’re cool! Wendy Williams gets paid to talk trash and give her opinion about current entertainment news and celebrity gossip on the “Hot Topics” segment of The Wendy Williams Show, and she’s extremely critical of the Kardashian/Jenner family. But she took to Instagram on Friday, June 7, to prove that there’s no bad blood between her and the Keeping Up With the Kardashians family by posting selfies with Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian.
“It’s Friday bitches!!” the 54-year-old captioned a selfie of her and Kris. In the shot, Wendy and Kris, 63, both wore sunglasses as the posed for the pic. Fans were living for the snap since it featured two iconic women in media, and they took to the comments to share their approval.
“When [two] filthy rich women of a particular age finally link up 💪🏾💪🏾💯💯💯,” one fan wrote, and another commented, “The power behind this post 😍.”
As if that shot wasn’t iconic enough, Wendy followed it up with an equally epic video. In the clip, Wendy got some hair flipping and selfie lessons from the queen herself, Kim. “Wait, how do you do it? It’s a hair flip? Wait, can you push my hair, I can’t hold the phone,” Wendy said. After Kim, 38, flipped her hair for her, Wendy gave the camera her best Kim impersonation. “Bitches,” she said. But their selfie sesh was cut short because Kim advised, they were in “the worst light” for selfies.
Fans couldn’t get enough of Wendy’s new friendships. “My two guilty pleasures together as one! Yass,” one fan wrote, and another commented, “What is going on here! That’s forgiveness on another level LOL.”
It was surprising for Wendy’s followers to see her be friendly with the famous reality TV family because she definitely does not hold back when it comes to sharing her opinion on them during her talk show. But it seems like they’re getting along and the family invited Wendy over to celebrate Kanye West‘s birthday.
“Happy birthday, Kanye. You are very special to the world. Thank you for a lovely day,” Wendy captioned a third Instagram post from their visit, and added the hashtags, “#newlife #familyfirst #kanyewest #kimkardashian #krisjenner.”
