She’s back! After Kim Kardashian fired Steph Shep as her assistant, Kourtney Kardashian is now partnering with her on her new lifestyle brand, Poosh. On Tuesday, April 9, the official Instagram page revealed the big news.

“Small change, big impact,” the caption read alongside a photo of the entrepreneur. “Poosh x @steph_shep: Plastic Straw Alternatives. Poosh the link in bio. #pooshtheboundaries.”

It seems like Steph must be on good terms with the Kardashians. Although, on April 2, the former dancer went on a rant on Instagram about women who don’t support one another, seemingly hinting at her former boss Kim. “Internalized misogyny is the silent killer of the movement. It’s something we prefer to avoid addressing because we spend all day preaching ‘girl power’ and ‘female empowerment’ yet we STILL constantly tear each other down,” she said. “With the socially programmed and unconscious belief that there’s only enough room for a few of us to succeed and live a fulfilled life on our own terms.”

She added, “So, when we do see a woman rising, in an area that we do not, we do not see her glory. We do not see ‘her’ at all. We see our insecurities reflected back at us. We LIVE in a sexist society, we are going to internalize it. We have been socialized to believe one woman’s success is OUR failure.”

She concluded the lengthy post by explaining that women must not tear each other down. “It’s important we must remember to practice empathy with one another where we can, to keep this movement along!” she said.

It makes sense that Kourtney, 39, would want to work with Steph since she did confide in the reality star about her career on last season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. “Just a heads up, we were talking, and she was saying that she didn’t know what she wanted to do in life,” Kourt told Kim. “She feels, like, maybe she’s in a place in life where she’s unfulfilled, job-wise. I feel like she’s just looking to, like, evolve.”

RP @florencegiven ✨ Internalized misogyny is the silent killer of the movement. It’s something we prefer to avoid addressing because we spend all day preaching ‘girl power’ and ‘female empowerment’ yet we STILL constantly tear each other down, with the socially programmed and unconscious belief that there’s only enough room for a few of us to succeed and live a fulfilled life on our own terms. • So when we do see a woman rising, in an area that we do not, we do not see her glory. We do not see ‘her’ at all. We see our insecurities reflected back to us. We LIVE in a sexist society, we are going to internalize it. We have been socialized to believe one woman’s success is OUR failure. • There is enough room for all women to be whole, and to fulfill our own purpose whatever we desire it to be, without ripping apart another woman to get there. We are all on a journey of dismantling and unpacking the bias bestowed upon us from the white supremacist patriarchy – but it’s important we must remember to practice empathy with one another where we can, to keep this movement along! 👏🏼
