Tell us how you really feel, Khloé Kardashian! The KUWTK starlet uploaded a message that alluded to the Tristan Thompson and Jordyn Woods scandal on her Instagram Stories on Thursday, July 18.

“Hate no one, no matter how much they’ve wronged you,” the message read. “Live humbly, no matter how wealthy you become. Think positively, no matter how hard life is. Give much, even if you’ve been given little. Forgive all, especially yourself. And never stop praying for the best for everyone.”

The 35-year-old also posted another note that read, “We are here to heal, not harm. We are here to love, not hate. We are here to create, not destroy.”

Clearly, the Good American designer is trying to forgive others and move on with her life ever since she learned that her baby daddy, Tristan, allegedly hooked up with Kylie Jenner’s ex-BFF Jordyn in February at his house after a night out. “They were cuddling, holding hands. Tristan was rubbing her ass, they were definitely hooking up,” a source told In Touch at the time.

The blonde beauty even defended the 28-year-old basketball player after a troll made some hurtful comments on Instagram. “I know Khloé hates Tristan, but baby True starting to look just like him,” the fan captioned a side-by-side photo of True and the Canada native on Tuesday, July 16.

“Why would I ever hate anyone who helped create such an angel? People make mistakes, but I won’t hurt my own healing by holding onto hate,” she clapped back. “I’m too busy raising my beautiful baby and securing that [money] to hate any individual. Sweet True has always looked like her daddy. She’s beautiful!!”

On July 12, the mom of one posted another Instagram Story that seemingly addressed where she stands with Jordyn, 21 — five months after the rendezvous. “Saw a post that said, ‘Just because you lost me as [a] friend doesn’t mean you gained me as an enemy. I’m bigger than that. I still want to see you eat — just not with me,’ and I felt that,” the message read.

In the end, it seems like the E! personality came out on top. “Emotionally, you have to be really, really strong in this environment we’ve created,” she said in the season finale of KUWTK. “I know, as much as these people hurt us, I also know that, if we can make them better, and I can be that person, I know I’m strong enough to do that. It just sucks it has to be so public.”

You’re truly doing amazing, sweetie!
