Kendra Wilkinson’s Mom Claims Her Daughter’s Show Is ‘Done’ Following Nasty Divorce From Hank Baskett
It’s over! Kendra Wilkinson‘s mom Patti Wilkinson claims her daughter’s hit show Kendra on Top is “done” after her divorce from Hank Baskett, Radar Online reported. So if you’ve been waiting around to set your DVRs for the series, you might be waiting forever.
A fan asked Patti on Instagram when Kendra plans on returning to television, and she replied with “Never. Show is done.” That seems pretty definitive, and as someone who’s pretty close to the situation, Patti may know better than almost anyone aside from Kendra herself.
Kendra confirmed that her marriage to Hank was over in an Instagram post on Apr. 6. At the time, she wrote in part, “Today is the last day of my marriage to this beautiful man. I will forever love Hank and be open but for now we have chosen to go our own ways. I’m beyond sad and heartbroken because I did believe in forever, that’s why I said yes but unfortunately too much fear has gotten in the way.”
On Oct. 31, Radar Online confirmed that Kendra and Hank had officially settled their divorce after being married for nine years. Things have been rocky between them since 2014, when the former NFL star had an affair with model Ava London. And as much as some fans may have wanted to see things work out for this couple, it’s just not meant to be.
That meant the fate of Kendra on Top was in limbo, but Patti’s statement that it’s “done” seems pretty final. Previously, a source told In Touch that, “Kendra thinks that her dealing with her breakup and dating again as she struggles as a single mom would grab viewers. A green light would give Kendra the ability to take care of the kids and pay off Hank, who is most likely going to file for spousal support.” But it doesn’t sound like that plan worked out in the end.
